When someone we love dies, it can be devastating. From that
moment life as we know it changes and we find ourselves trying to find our way in the world without that person. It can be a scary and lonely place to be. Loss hurts.
I have significant experience supporting people through
bereavement, helping them through one of the most difficult, overwhelming and painful times of their lives. I offer a space that is safe, compassionate and supportive where your grief can be heard, held and honoured with care.
the nature of our relationship with the person we’ve lost, how they passed away and the circumstances around their death. Sometimes these experiences can lead to a more complicated form of grief.
There is no right or wrong way to grieve - it is a deeply personal journey. Even so, you don’t have to face it on your own.
Loss can also be in the form of a break up of a relationship. We can grieve the loss of that relationship, the loss of the
other person and the loss of what could have been.
